Canon J9
Canon J9x5.2 IRS wide angle zoom lens has been superseded by the J11 but remains the wide angle of choice for some cameramen. Matt boxes and filters are becoming a problem due to the fact that wide angle lenses are becoming so wide that vignetting, bits of the metalwork appearing in the side of the shot, is becoming a real problem.
The J9 can take two 4” filters and without vignetting and it is a little lighter: especially relevant for hand held work. Picture quality well up to the requirements for standard definition. We have a similar lenses with the higher quality glass and engineering for high definition.
As with most of the eng style lenses, the servo includes servo motors for zoom and iris.
